Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient and family-focused care within RPN scope
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Collaborate with RNs on complex patient care
• Document ongoing patient health assessments
• Assist in orientation of new staff and students
Requirements:
• RPN diploma from a recognized nursing school
• Current BLS Certification
• RPN Certificate of Registration in good standing
• Ability to organize and prioritize patient needs
• Knowledge of Electronic Documentation
