This Full-Time RN role within the ACTT Team emphasizes a commitment to supporting individuals with severe mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to apply your clinical skills while working closely with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and experiences. We seek individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow hospital procedures and emergency protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Evaluate and document patient care plans
• Assist with training of new staff and students
• Coordinate patient care and lead nursing shifts
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Ontario with CNO
• At least three years of relevant mental health experience
• Comprehensive understanding of health issues in patients
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain organized, efficient workflow
