Position: Full-Time RPN Role at Southlake Health

Your role as an RPN involves adhering to clinical standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and Southlake policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and emergency codes

• Collaborate with RNs on patient care elements

• Maintain ongoing assessments of patient health status

• Act as a mentor for new nursing staff

• Promote best practices in daily nursing activities

Requirements:

• Valid RPN diploma and registration with CNO

• BLS Certification up to date

• Preferred completion of physical assessment course

• Recent experience in acute care nursing

• Good understanding of skin assessment and wound care
