As an RPN at Margaret Bahen Hospice, you will provide vital nursing services focusing on resident-centered care. Your responsibilities include implementing care plans, managing pain relief, and leading a team of PSWs and volunteers. You’ll work closely with residents, caregivers, and physicians to ensure comprehensive support, making a significant difference in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care adhering to the RPN scope of practice

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans for residents

• Assess and manage pain and symptom relief regularly

• Document care interactions and outcomes accurately

• Lead and support interdisciplinary care team activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing; licensed in Ontario

• 2+ years’ experience in community healthcare or hospice

• Knowledge of palliative care and end-of-life support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
