S.R.T. Med Staff is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our Community Visiting Nursing Program. This vital role involves crafting care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Candidates will provide exceptional nursing care while prioritizing patient well-being and safety in home settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on care plans for patient needs
• Deliver care aligned with established protocols
• Evaluate and modify treatment plans with stakeholders
• Protect and advocate for patient rights

Requirements:
• RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current CPR certification required; ACLS/NRP for specialists
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license needed
