Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized, goal-directed nursing care
• Assess and document resident clinical care accurately
• Communicate care plan effectiveness to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor unregulated care staff
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse registration
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors
• Education in community or complex care is advantageous
• Must hold a current BCLS and First Aid certification
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
