This Registered Practical Nurse position involves administering medications, assessing conditions, and developing care plans tailored to each resident. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document resident vital signs and conditions

• Create and execute comprehensive resident care plans

• Direct care provisions and staff activities

• Oversee training and performance of nursing staff

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings for resident care

Requirements:

• Certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario required

• Registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association

• Current First Aid and BLS Certification

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and infection control

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
