As a Care Supervisor, you'll oversee direct care providers within CBI Home Health's community-centric teams. Leading with your expertise as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, you will ensure that clinical services meet CBI’s standards. This role demands strong leadership and effective communication skills as you develop care strategies that emphasize safety, quality, and individualized care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical service delivery and supervise direct care providers
• Conduct thorough assessments in line with policies and procedures
• Document client information and ensure timely updates
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Mentor and coach field staff to enhance performance
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with CNO
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in home health service delivery
