Part-Time Infusion Nurse in Ontario

Sentrex Health Solutions is looking for a part-time Infusion Nurse to provide patient care in Newmarket, North York, and Junction. This dynamic role focuses on administering medications, monitoring patients, and enhancing treatment outcomes.

As an Infusion Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the clinic, providing quality care to patients with chronic conditions. You will be responsible for patient assessments, administering intravenous and injectable medications, and ensuring a comfortable environment. Your expertise will help improve patient access to essential therapies and coordinate with healthcare providers for effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete pre-treatment assessments for patient eligibility

• Administer IV, SC, and IM medications in the clinic

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of infusion nursing experience

• Registered Nurse with Professional Liability Insurance

• CPR and First-Aid certification required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
