On-Site Infusion Nurse Position Ontario

Sentrex Health Solutions seeks an experienced part-time Infusion Nurse for clinics in Newmarket, North York, and Junction.

Your role will deliver focused patient education, treatment administration, and operational excellence in an infusion setting.

As a vital part of the infusion team, you will ensure that patients receive high-quality care through assessments and medication administration. This role includes monitoring patient responses to therapy while coordinating closely with healthcare providers to enhance treatment efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments for infusion treatment eligibility

• Insert IVs and manage medication administration

• Provide education on therapies and disease management

• Document patient treatment history accurately

• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control measures

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant infusion nursing experience

• Registered Nurse with required liability insurance

• CPR and First-Aid certifications needed

• Proven ability to work autonomously or within a team

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
