Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop care strategies

Requirements:
• College of Nurses of Ontario registration required
• A valid driver’s license for required travel
• Current CPR certification needed
• Update immunization records and background checks upon hire
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
