Cogir Senior Living is actively looking for a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-oriented care for our seniors. This role includes evaluating care plans, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring thorough communication with the multidisciplinary team. As a mentor, you will guide unregulated care providers to enhance the care experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and assess nursing care plans for residents

• Complete detailed clinical care assessments

• Collaborate with team members for effective resident care

• Teach and support unregulated care providers

• Ensure documentation is precise and timely

Requirements:

• Current registration as an RPN in the province

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and senior care experience

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

• Strong communication and time management skills
