Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care within RN scope

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient outcomes

• Participate in developing and implementing care plans

• Mentor new staff and students on clinical practices

• Assume charge nurse duties as needed

Requirements:

• RN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred

• Recent experience in medical/surgical units

• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills
