Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or BScN)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care

• 2-3 years experience in a managerial healthcare role

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses

• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
