Location: East Gwillimbury
Support community health as a Registered Nurse with The Care Company, providing essential nursing care and flexible scheduling for clients in their homes. Your expertise will help individuals live safely and independently.
In this role, you will connect with clients in the Central and Central East Regions, delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs. As a Visiting Nurse, you’ll conduct assessments, implement care plans, and manage a variety of health conditions. Collaboration with client healthcare teams is key as you provide compassionate support within homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and care plans
• Administer medications and specialized interventions
• Monitor vital signs and overall health status
• Educate clients on managing health conditions
• Document clinical interactions accurately
Requirements:
• Active registration as RN or RPN with CNO
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Access to reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Previous visiting nurse experience preferred
