Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated RPNs to provide personalized nursing care to our residents. With a commitment to holistic care, you will assess clinical needs, build trust with residents and families, and collaborate with your multidisciplinary team.
Your role will involve teaching and directing unregulated caregivers, ensuring quality service through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered, goal-directed nursing care
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans
• Conduct clinical assessments and accurate documentation
• Coach unregulated care providers through mentorship
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in gerontology, rehabilitation or long-term care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
