Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Registered Practical Nurses to join our multi-disciplinary team. This role emphasizes a patient-centered approach and effective communication while delivering quality clinical care. You will ensure accurate clinical assessments, care plans, and foster trusted relationships with residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
• Implement and assess care plans for effectiveness
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
• Conduct clinical care assessments accurately
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Clinical knowledge and experience in gerontology preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
