Registered Practical Nurse Bradford Valley

Registered Practical Nurse with sound nursing practice skills can support residents at Bradford Valley Community in Bradford, Ontario. Work within established care standards and resident plans.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care in a senior living community. The position involves resident assessment, care oversight, family communication, and guidance for staff. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

• Provide nursing care within RPN/LPN scope of practice
• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
• Assess residents during admissions and status changes
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families
• Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
• Good judgement and ability to identify risk
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
• Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
