This Registered Practical Nurse role covers resident assessment, care planning, nursing procedures, medication administration, and documentation. You will work within CNO standards and applicable legislation while collaborating with the medical team. The position requires timely, confidential full-cycle care documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess physical and psychological resident conditions
- Develop customized personal care plans with medical teams
- Administer medications, IVs, treatments, and special tests
- Identify health issues linked to chronic or communicable diseases
- Monitor supplies and maintain medical equipment properly
- Graduate of an accredited registered practical nursing program
- Current CNO Registered Practical Nurse license in good standing
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience
- CPR and valid Vulnerable Sector Check
- CPI, Safe Management, or pharmacology certification is advantageous
