Materials Planner in Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue weekly releases for production materials

• Monitor supplier shipments for timely delivery

• Communicate quality concerns to management

• Send RFQs for new business opportunities

• Assist with new program launches and engineering requests

Requirements:

• Experience in the automotive industry (Metal Stamping/Welding)

• Knowledge of supplier negotiations and development

• Familiarity with IATF/TS 16949 Quality Standards

• Strong organizational skills for inventory management

• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers
