In the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group, you'll coordinate containment actions, address internal concerns, and engage in customer quality meetings. Your experience in problem-solving and quality auditing will be essential to enhance production processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams to instill best practices in automotive quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resolution of external and internal quality issues
• Create and lead customer-specific report analyses
• Manage quality containment processes on shop floors
• Participate in Layered Process Audits (LPA)
• Facilitate training for operational quality procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in mechanical/quality engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
• Proven ability to mentor others in quality disciplines
• Commitment to safety and process improvement
