Your role involves coordinating problem-solving for customer concerns and improving product quality through innovative solutions. With a blend of customer interaction and production support, you'll evaluate processes and contribute to effective quality measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate containment and sort/rework actions for quality issues
• Lead problem-solving for customer-specific quality reports
• Manage field representatives for timely customer concern resolution
• Facilitate quality meetings and document meeting minutes
• Participate in Layered Process Audits and implement corrections
Requirements:
• Community college diploma/certificate required
• 3-5 years of related experience in quality or mechanical engineering
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards
• Proven track record in problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to train team members in specific quality procedures
