Returns Quality Assurance Auditor

As a Returns Auditor, you will meticulously inspect and test tools to verify their functionality, while also keeping accurate records of returns. Working with the Milwaukee® brand, you will utilize your mechanical skills to support operational excellence and team productivity, creating a positive impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect all returned tools, kits, and batteries

• Test and assess tools for functionality

• Review and verify return documentation for accuracy

• Maintain productivity and quality of inspections

• Participate in the Continuous Improvement program

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• 1-2 years of repair experience in electrical or mechanical fields

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic math and computer knowledge

• Capability to lift 40 pounds
