As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills you gain can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE S As a Boutique Associate, you will:

• Support the Service Counter team for efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences
• Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients
• Assist clients in product selection and direct to Service Counter
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products for an elevated experience
• Support Service Counter operations

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments accurately to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Manage product placement in the backroom
• Maintain product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Assist in retail space operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Handle shipments efficiently
• Place products on the sales floor strategically
• Translate product stories in boutiques
• Ensure display standards
• Support seamless cross-channel shopping and operations
