A leading retail company in Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a Sales Lead who will model exceptional Guest services while supporting a team in achieving store sales goals. The role includes responsibilities both as a Floor Leader and Bear Builder. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with availability for 15-25 hours per week. Previous retail experience and a positive attitude towards team engagement are preferred.

Competitive pay range is $19.40-$19.75 per hour.
