Dairy Queen Newmarket is currently seeking full-time staff to join the team. Immediate start and steady seasonal work required. Must have flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

• Manage various aspects of the store including customer service, kitchen, and dining room functions.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Demonstrated excellent customer service/retail/food industry experience.
• Previous leadership experience as a store manager, assistant manager, lead hand, shift supervisor, key holder, etc.
• Passionate about customer service and putting the customer at the forefront.
• Team‑focused with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable giving direction, providing feedback, and training new employees.
• Good judgment and decision‑making when communicating with customers.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
• Skilled in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining priorities.
• Fast‑food experience and Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred; willingness to obtain is encouraged.
• Fast food experience: 1 year (required).

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
