Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships

• Manage the staff training and development initiatives

• Oversee daily POS transactions and cash reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a retail or services background

• 1 year in a leadership role, ideally in a union setting

• High School diploma or business-related education

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Must obtain Cann Sell certification
