Job DescriptionAs the Wireless Sales Supervisor you will champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You help consumers and business customers achieve their working and learning goals by sharing knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm about the latest wireless technology products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you partner with management to determine and deliver on daily financial and non‑financial goals, continuously develop your expertise, and collaborate with the larger store team and other business units to drive success.

- Partner with management to identify and achieve short‑ and long‑term goals for the wireless department.
- Ensure the team understands the connection between store financial success and the wireless department.
- Lead and model selling, cultivating a selling culture with associates to meet current goals and targets.
- Lead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments when not engaged at the wireless kiosk.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriate.
- Perform follow‑up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services where applicable.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects such as generating referrals and participating in outreach activities.
- Collaborate with market leaders—including the General Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales, and Services Manager—to target and generate business sales leads and referrals.
- Provide management with relevant sales information.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes within the department.
- Be accountable for training and coaching associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagement.
- Understand and adhere to all asset protection and privacy policies, coaching others to do so as well.
- Completion of post‑secondary education is preferred.
- 2+ years of wireless sales experience.
- 1+ year in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to resolve client concerns diplomatically.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills to manage daily responsibilities and serve customers effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and seek assistance as required.
