Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a warm, inclusive atmosphere for customers

• Develop and inspire your team to achieve sales goals

• Monitor performance using KPIs to enhance team results

• Assist with bra fittings and ensure perfect customer fit

• Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an apparel retail setting

• Experience in a leadership or senior position

• Proven skill in motivating teams and driving results

• Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs

• Aptitude for de-escalating challenging situations
