As a part time Brand Ambassador, you will be the friendly face of AEO, utilizing the AEO Selling Model to create memorable experiences in the store. Your responsibilities include engaging guests, educating them about products, and introducing the AEO loyalty program. Flexibility is key, as you will work across various zones in the store, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and adhering to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate shoppers on product details and make suggestions

• Introduce AEO loyalty and brand channels

• Work across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom

• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policies

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred

• Enthusiastic and energetic personality

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 16 years of age

• Love for AE and Aerie products
