As a Key Holder, you support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations.
Your role involves motivating employees, delegating tasks, and maintaining high operational standards. You will also manage cash transactions and ensure store cleanliness. This position requires a positive attitude and confidence in multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff in the absence of the Store Manager
• Coach and motivate team members effectively
• Delegate and follow-up on daily tasks
• Assist customers to exceed their service expectations
• Process cash transactions and handle deliveries
Requirements:
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
