WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders:
Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery. Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes. - Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy:
Select fresh, high‑quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items. Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels. - Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing:
Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards. - Support Customers and Team Operations:
Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed. - Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards:
Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, ensuring totes are clean before use; operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks; demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule):
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
- High Task Volume in a Fast‑Paced Environment:
Manage overnight hours effectively and plan accordingly to stay energized and focused; handle a fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time. - Physical Demands:
Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
