This part-time position focuses on enhancing customer interactions through the AEO Selling Model. You’ll educate guests about product offerings, drive loyalty program participation, and support various store zones including Sales floor and Cash & Wrap. Team collaboration is key, along with the ability to resolve guest inquiries in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests
• Provide insights into AE & Aerie’s product lines
• Promote guest participation in loyalty programs
• Assist across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Address guest concerns while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Enjoy working in a customer-centric environment
• Retail experience is an asset
• Flexible availability during holidays and weekends
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Energetic, with strong multitasking abilities
