Key Responsibilities:

• Identify correct parts using internal and vendor platforms

• Effectively communicate product features to customers

• Provide feedback on team performance to management

• Oversee store opening and closing duties

• Uphold audit compliance and store presentation standards

Requirements:

• 1–3 years supervisory retail experience

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts

• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities

• Proficiency with computer systems, including POS

• Valid Driver’s License is an asset
