As an Interim Manager at Sephora, you will oversee the success ofeither our Store Operations, Beauty Servicesor thesales floor, oras we call it, our"Stage".Our leadershiprolesare all rooted in coaching and development, driving your teamsto perform at their best while prioritizing the client experience.
This positiondirectlyinfluencesstore performance by training your team to effectively utilize
Sephora’sprocessesand inspiring them to exceed company goals. Reporting to the Store Director, the Interim Manager supportsa team of Leads,Advisors,and/or Consultants. Our interim rolesare fixed contract positions,thathave a definitive end date. These roles are still eligible for Sephora’sPerks and Benefits!
Whatyou’llbe doing asan
Interim
Manager at Sephora –
Training & Development. Execute training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors. Facilitate orientation & our selling model training sessions whenever possible.
Passionate about Clients. Respond promptly to all client feedback, addressing issues and comments from Sephora’s client feedback tool (Medallia), the service hotline, or direct client interactions. Regularly serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in-store and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage whenever possible.
Performance Assessment & Development. Support annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete andtimelymanner, as well as oversee the process for the entire store. Participate in the management of all performance management situations within the team. Ensuretimelyfeedback for improvement is delivered and followed up onas necessary.
Visual Merchandising. Ensure merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and manage tester and supply levels. Execute visual merchandising updates and ensuretimelyreplenishment when new inventory is added.
Vendor Management. Ensure all beauty advisors are properlyengagingwith all store brands visiting the store. Ensure all brand representatives effectively train and coachtheteamon their products. Provide feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.

You havea minimum of2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industryor equivalent internal experience.
You are metrics-driven and have a proven track recordof motivating and coaching a team to achieve company expectations and goals.
You have no difficultymaintainingcomposure andpossessstrong managerial courage to have those tough conversations when needed.
You have a proven ability to create high-performing teams and can easilyidentifyin-store talent and develop them throughout their career journey.
You have excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely. With experience in Windows, Word, and Excel.
