This role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes the importance of exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will facilitate customer engagement, educate on natural wellness, and deliver the Saje Experience. Responsibilities include connecting authentically with customers and achieving sales targets through informed product recommendations.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience through authentic connections

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations both in-store and outside

• Educate customers on 100% natural wellness benefits

• Make bold wellness recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction

• Collaborate in a positive team atmosphere promoting inclusion

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Availability during key business hours including holiday blackouts

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs
