Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise sales workers’ tasks efficiently

• Train new employees and conduct staff development workshops

• Manage exhibition design and merchandise ordering

• Verify payment authorizations and manage returns

• Compile reports on sales and staffing needs

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma mandatory

• Minimum 7 months of supervisory experience
