Knix is looking for an inspiring Key Lead who will significantly impact our store operations. In this role, you will foster team collaboration, master sales techniques, and champion an inclusive store culture. You'll be in the spotlight to drive integration and operational excellence while meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and exceed store sales goals through measurable metrics
• Empower team members with training and real-time feedback
• Execute the Knix selling model effectively on the sales floor
• Ensure operational and health safety compliance daily
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and inventory control
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years retail experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts with customers and team
• Must be able to lift 25lbs and work flexible hours
