Requirements:

• 2-4 years of management experience in beauty or retail

• Metrics-driven with a strong coaching ability

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel

• Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
