This position focuses on supporting the Store Management in operational excellence and strong sales outcomes. You will be instrumental in creating a customer-focused environment by addressing questions and fostering loyalty through insightful product knowledge.

Your role will also involve training new team members and encouraging a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently

• Support inventory management and operational needs

• Guide and develop Customer Consultants through coaching

• Foster positive communication and role model behavior

• Shape the store’s experience through visual merchandising

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing retail positions

• Passion for beauty products and trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
