Part Time Assistant Store Manager

Location: East Gwillimbury

Become an integral part of Dollar Tree Canada as a Part Time Assistant Store Manager in East Gwillimbury, Ontario. You will support store operations, customer service, and team development with an emphasis on community impact.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll assist with daily store activities and ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities also include managing merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, processing all corporate directives, and supervising staff as needed. You'll play a critical role in maintaining store standards to foster a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day store operations

• Provide excellent customer service and address queries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Retail management experience highly valued

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and manage physical demands
