Field- Therapeutic Specialist

Position: Field-Based Therapeutic Specialist Role
Elevate patient care with Boehringer Ingelheim as a Therapeutic Specialist in a field-based role. Drive sales through exceptional patient engagement and value delivery for assigned products.

In this position, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and implementing customer plans in the District Pod. Engage with healthcare professionals including physicians and specialists, leveraging your medical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. Performance analysis and budget management are vital to orchestrating successful customer-centric engagements and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve District Pod sales and KPI targets

• Engage healthcare professionals with tailored strategies

• Orchestrate customer-focused interactions with cross-functional teams

• Analyze performance and develop customer business plans

• Build relationships with external experts and advocates

Requirements:

• University degree in Health Sciences or Business Administration

• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales

• Strong customer engagement and selling skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Valid provincial driver’s license and willingness to travel
