As a Sales Associate, you will assess customer needs, explain product features, and recommend related items for complete projects. You will greet, engage, and thank customers while providing basic service in adjacent departments. This position focuses on customer service and solving customer needs.

• Ask project questions to determine customer needs and expertise
• Discuss good, better, and best product options
• Recommend related items, services, and project solutions
• Maintain signed, displayed, and clean department products

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and customer focus
• Interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• One to two years retail or trade experience asset
• Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
