As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for addressing residents’ needs and questions effectively.
Your role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. You'll monitor safety protocols, enforce regulations, and deliver outstanding customer service to all property visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents by identifying needs and providing information
• Enforce client regulations and municipal laws
• Conduct routine patrols of property areas
• Manage access for authorized vendors
• Document incidents and maintain occurrence logs
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Experience in security or hospitality is an asset
