Tactical Security Guard

Position: Full-Time Tactical Security Guard
Flex Point Security is hiring full-time Tactical Security Guards in Newmarket, Ontario. This critical role involves patrolling areas, reporting incidents, and ensuring safety on-site.

We are looking for reliable individuals to fill two Tactical Security Guard positions. Successful candidates will have a valid Ontario Security Guard License, G-Level Driver’s License, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 1+ years in security and 6 months of tactical experience is essential for ensuring effective site management and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of designated areas

• Assist staff with site issues and emergencies

• Deter and report suspicious activities promptly

• Perform thorough surveillance and document observations

• Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• G-Level Driver’s License with clean abstract

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• 1+ years of security experience required

• Minimum 6 months tactical experience needed
