Client Services Specialist

Working closely with the Program Manager, you'll handle inquiries, process applications, and maintain essential waiting lists. Your insights will guide applicants through the housing process, ensuring they receive the support needed.

• Process housing applications and assess eligibility criteria
• Maintain integrity of waiting lists for applicants
• Prepare and follow up on subsidy offers and refusals
• Document interactions and manage applicant files
• Connect clients with appropriate community resources

• Completion of a diploma in Social Services or a similar field
• Solid knowledge of housing legislation and policies
• Robust problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
