WCYR is seeking a dedicated Housing Partnership Builder to expand the housing prospects for vulnerable communities. This full-time role is centered on establishing and nurturing partnerships with landlords and property managers. You will provide essential support for up to six months post-placement, ensuring both tenants and landlords thrive in their housing journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with homeowners and housing providers

• Advocate the value of renting to families supported by WCYR

• Create and manage a database of rental opportunities

• Understand and match client housing needs

• Offer assistance throughout the leasing process

Requirements:

• Relevant education in social services or housing management

• Proven experience in engagement strategies
