Developers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, including:

Existing applications are primarily , but the team is very open to strong C#/.NET developers who are willing to learn and work with legacy technologies where required.

• 3-5+ years of software development experience
• Strong .NET and SQL Server skills
• Experience working across both front-end and back-end development
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong architecture and solution design capabilities
• Experience managing larger projects
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Excellent business-facing communication skills
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management experience
