Your responsibility will be to deliver both classroom and practical training sessions for new and existing drivers. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training for new drivers in classroom settings
• Provide necessary remedial training for current drivers
• Support the continual development of driver candidate pipelines
• Coach individuals on safe driving and regulatory compliance
• Keep detailed training documentation as per standard requirements
Requirements:
• Valid Class B (or higher) driving license
• Minimum of 3 years in school bus or commercial driving
• Clean driving record without preventable collisions
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Attendance and performance records must meet standards
