As a Route Service Representative, you will maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively address any service concerns.

Your role will involve driving a truck along a designated route while delivering uniforms and various cleaning products. This dynamic position requires selling additional services, managing your inventory efficiently, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Cintas by building rapport with decision makers

• Ensure service quality and handle customer issues

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Negotiate service renewal agreements and manage inventory

• Adhere to all driving and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid unrestricted driver’s license for vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs

• Ability to meet physical job demands

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Strong customer service focus and self-motivation

• Organized with a positive, service-oriented attitude
